Ford Thailand recently hosted a press conference to celebrate its 29th year of operations in the country under the theme ‘Ford 29 Years Growing Together,’. The event composed of Ford Thailand’s key milestones throughout the 29 years, marketing implications, and newly launched customer service relationship program – Ford Rewards Club, reaffirming its ongoing commitment to the Thai automotive industry.

This year, in Thailand's competitive automotive sector, the Ford Ranger and the Ford Everest have retained a strong third position in their respective pickup truck and PPV segments, reflecting the strong confidence Thai consumers have in the Ford brand.

In 2025, Ford refined its marketing strategy to align with evolving consumer behaviors by offering a diverse product lineup tailored to a wide range of needs. This includes the high-performance Ford Ranger Raptor, as well as value-packed options like the Ford Ranger XLS, priced below one million baht. The Ford Everest lineup caters to varying preferences, from the premium Ford Everest Platinum with a powerful V6 engine to the feature-rich yet affordable Ford Everest Trend. To further engage customers, Ford introduced attractive promotions and unique experiential activities, such as the Raptor Track Experience, where customers can explore the capability and excitement of Ford vehicles on a real racetrack. Celebrating its 29th anniversary, Ford Thailand partnered with CP ALL, Thailand's leading retailer, to provide exclusive benefits to customers nationwide. This collaboration extends Ford’s reach, enhance brand awareness, and attracts new customer groups through diverse marketing channels. The 29th anniversary campaign runs from July 1 to August 31, 2025.

Ford Rewards Club Enhances Customer Experience

Ford continues to elevate customer service experience through its ‘Convenient, Reliable, and Impressive’ strategy. Over the past three years, services such as online service bookings, mobile service vehicles, pickup and delivery service, and 60-minute express service, have received positive customer feedback, reflecting Ford’s commitment to saving time and providing convenience.

Ford has also introduced the ‘Ford Rewards Club’ customer loyalty program via Ford Thailand's LINE Official Account. Customers can earn points for every visit at Ford dealers nationwide, with 1 point awarded for every 10 baht spent on services. These points can be redeemed for benefits at over 60 leading brands, including stores and restaurants.
